Role Overview
Strat & Wolf Private Limited seeks a highly responsible, innovative, and energetic E-Commerce Manager to oversee daily marketplace operations, driving efficient business flow without being confined to routine desk or data-entry tasks. This position requires proactive initiative and hands-on involvement across e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end online sales activities on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other marketplaces while ensuring smooth operational processes.
Candidate Profile and Expectations
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced technological environment, swiftly adapts to new platforms, and maintains strong organizational skills. They are both mentally and physically engaged, taking ownership of tasks independently with a "find and fix" mindset.
Required Experience and Skills
- Between 2 to 4 years of genuine experience working with e-commerce marketplaces.
- Extensive practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Competency in e-listing and catalogue management.
- Proficient computer skills, including a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Advanced expertise in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, sorting, formulas, and data analysis.
- Strong command of Google Drive and Google Sheets.
- Experience managing promotional campaigns like deals, coupons, and marketplace offers.
- Handling customer support issues such as returns, refunds, claims, disputes, and ticketing on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Ability to interpret sales, inventory, and marketplace reports effectively.
- Experience with order processing, fulfillment, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with shipping and fulfillment platforms like Shiprocket.
- Knowledge of Shopify order management and backend functionalities.
- Fluent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Aptitude for quickly learning new software, platforms, and technologies.
