Job Overview
We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager to oversee and enhance our presence on leading online marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart. The position is based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of online marketplaces including Amazon and Flipkart.
- Create and continuously optimize product listings to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Manage order processing, handle returns efficiently, and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Implement advertising campaigns to enhance product rankings and boost sales.
- Coordinate timely stock updates and ensure smooth dispatch procedures.
- Track sales data and generate comprehensive performance reports.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and promotional activities to drive growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of marketplace listings, advertising, SEO techniques, and analytics dashboards.
- Excellent communication abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated capability to meet and exceed sales targets independently.
