E-Commerce Executive

About the Role

We are seeking an E-Commerce Executive based in Sachin, Surat, who will oversee online jewellery product management across key platforms including Etsy, eBay, Shopify, and Amazon. This role focuses on optimizing product presence and driving sales in the jewellery manufacturing and export sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain jewellery product listings on Etsy, eBay, Shopify, and Amazon marketplaces.
• Create and enhance product information including titles, descriptions, images, tags, and keywords to maximize visibility and appeal.
• Handle order processing, inventory management, pricing updates, and product modifications efficiently.
• Respond to international customer inquiries, process orders, manage returns, and engage with reviews professionally.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Logistics departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Track competitor activities, jewellery market trends, and performance metrics on marketplaces.
• Generate and present basic sales and performance reports for e-commerce activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience managing Etsy and eBay marketplaces is essential.
• Familiarity with jewellery products and their specifications.
• Proficiency in product listing, marketplace SEO, and keyword optimization techniques.
• Capability in international customer service and communication.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to coordinate among different teams.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-up capabilities.

Preferred Experience

Exposure to jewellery e-commerce business and international markets will be advantageous.
