E-Commerce Executive

Role Overview

This position involves managing various operational tasks related to e-commerce platforms, including product listing, cataloguing, order processing, and overseeing order bookings. As the candidate gains experience, they will take on additional duties such as content creation, improvement initiatives, and platform management depending on their skills and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily e-commerce operational activities.
• Update inventory across all e-commerce platforms consistently.
• Handle the product listing process on both new and existing marketplaces.
• Manage A+ content templates and advertising campaigns.
• Address and resolve marketplace issues by raising tickets and following up for solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong general computer skills.
• Good command of English.
• Effective communication abilities.
• Ability to work towards achieving sales targets.
• Comprehensive knowledge of major e-commerce portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
• Applicants must be based in Jaipur city.
