Job Overview

We seek a meticulous and proactive Website Administrator and Product Manager to oversee and update our eCommerce platform. This role entails maintaining product listings, updating website content, ensuring site functionality, and enhancing the user experience overall.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily website operations to maintain up-to-date and functioning site features
• Identify and resolve website issues such as broken links and errors promptly
• Upload new products ensuring accurate details including descriptions, pricing, images, and categories
• Refresh existing product listings by updating pricing, stock levels, offers, and bundles
• Enhance product pages for search engine optimization through keyword integration and improved titles and descriptions
• Manage inventory data to reflect current product availability
• Refresh banners, homepage content, blogs, and promotional areas in coordination with marketing campaigns and season-specific offers
• Maintain consistent branding across all site pages
• Support order management by assisting with backend order processing and tracking
• Liaise with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Generate analytical reports regarding product performance and sales metrics

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in managing eCommerce websites
• Knowledge of product listing and catalog administration
• Basic understanding of user interface and user experience principles
• Strong attention to detail paired with excellent organizational skills
• Capability to work independently and adhere to project deadlines
