Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic E-Commerce Executive to oversee online marketplace activities and contribute to increasing sales revenue. The role involves managing product entries, processing orders, updating inventory details, addressing customer communications, and promoting products on various online platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Netmeds, Meesho, and Tata 1Mg.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product listings and catalogs regularly.
• Handle order processing and monitor timely delivery tracking.
• Oversee inventory levels and adjust pricing as necessary.
• Respond to customer inquiries and facilitate returns management.
• Liaise with warehouses and courier services for smooth operations.
• Assist in executing online promotional activities and sales initiatives.
• Compile and analyze sales data and performance reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic understanding of major e-commerce platforms.
• Effective communication skills paired with computer literacy.
• Familiarity with MS Excel is advantageous.
