E-Commerce Executive

About the Role

This position is for an E-commerce Operations Executive based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. It involves managing daily operations on Shopify including order processing, shipment coordination, and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Shopify orders, ensure timely fulfillment and coordinate shipments.
• Collaborate with packing and courier teams to streamline delivery processes.
• Monitor deliveries, identify delays, and manage return-to-origin (RTO) shipments.
• Contact customers to confirm cash on delivery orders and resolve any delivery-related issues.
• Follow up on abandoned carts and potential leads via phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
• Manage leads actively and strive to convert them into confirmed orders.
• Address simple customer queries regarding product orders, deliveries, and general information.
• Maintain accurate daily records of orders, leads, and follow-up activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Effective communication abilities in both Hindi and English.
• Comfort with making customer calls and performing follow-ups regularly.
• Basic familiarity with Shopify platform and spreadsheet tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
• Previous experience in e-commerce, telecalling, sales, or order management is advantageous.
• Demonstrates responsibility, initiative, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
