E-Commerce Executive

Role Overview

We seek a skilled E-Commerce Executive to oversee operations on leading Indian online marketplaces including Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, and Jio Mart. This role offers an excellent chance to contribute to a rapidly expanding company.

Primary Duties

• Manage and optimize product listings and catalogues across various e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor product performance metrics, pricing strategies, and stock levels.
• Process orders promptly, coordinate fulfillment, and handle customer communications.
• Track market trends and competitor behavior to uncover growth opportunities.
• Generate regular performance reports—daily, weekly, and monthly—with relevant analytics.
• Work closely with logistics partners to troubleshoot shipping and delivery challenges.
• Execute promotional campaigns and special offers seasonally on multiple sites.
• Ensure brand consistency and adhere to platform rules and regulations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Experience ranging from 1 to 3 years managing Flipkart, Amazon, or similar platforms.
• Well-versed in optimizing product listings and maintaining detailed catalogs.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs and analytics software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to liaise with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of performing data analysis.
• Educational background preferably includes a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Additional Preferred Competencies

• Hands-on experience with Google Sheets and inventory or e-commerce management tools like Shopify.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and promotional techniques.
• Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
• Familiarity with customer service platforms and complaint resolution processes.
