E-commerce Executive

Job Overview

Wanna Party is seeking a skilled Senior E-Commerce Executive to oversee marketplace management activities. The role primarily involves hands-on management of various online sales platforms such as Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Blinkit, and Swiggy. The executive will operate onsite at the Okhla Phase - 2 location.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily marketplace operations across Amazon, Swiggy, and Blinkit platforms.
• Identify and track disputes, ensuring resolutions are achieved promptly.
• Handle issues related to Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts.
• Monitor account health, suppressed product listings, compliance with policies, and other performance indicators.
• Conduct research on keywords, competitors, and product categories to discover avenues for increasing sales.
• Coordinate inventory planning to maintain sufficient stock levels for crucial products.
• Manage returns, cancellations, claims, reimbursements, and other marketplace-related concerns.
• Compile and deliver performance reports daily, weekly, and monthly to track marketplace progress.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of three years' experience in e-commerce or marketplace management is required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting tasks.
