Join Swadeshi Papers as an E-Commerce Executive based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role involves managing the daily operations of our e-commerce marketplace platform, ensuring seamless coordination between sellers, logistics, and internal teams to facilitate efficient order processing and product management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day functioning of the e-commerce marketplace website.
• Create, upload, and maintain product and service listings.
• Liaise with sellers and vendors to gather product details and listing prerequisites.
• Handle customer order processing from placement through to dispatch and delivery.
• Collaborate with sellers, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Proficient understanding of e-commerce platform and marketplace operations.
• Experience with product listing and catalog management tasks.
• Ability to capture product images using scanners, cameras, or smartphones.
• Competence in editing and processing product images including cropping, resizing, background removal, compression, and enhancement.
• Capability to produce web-optimized product images in correct dimensions and formats.
• Working knowledge of image editing software such as Photoshop and Canva.
• Basic awareness of order processing and inventory control methods.
• Comfortable using MS Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience navigating website and admin control panels.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
• Ability to detect and report issues related to website functionality, product listings, and catalog management.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and online marketplace strategies is beneficial.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges between INR 18,000 and INR 25,000.
