Job description
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated E-Commerce Executive to manage product listings and sales operations across multiple online marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify. This role involves maintaining product details, analyzing market performance, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and manage product information such as titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords on various e-commerce platforms.
- Track and oversee orders, inventory levels, product availability, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and logistics departments to guarantee prompt processing and delivery of orders.
- Monitor daily sales data, orders, revenue, and overall marketplace performance metrics.
- Address customer inquiries, manage reviews, ratings, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of products and sales, producing periodic reports for management.
- Conduct competitor analysis relating to pricing, promotional activities, and emerging market trends.
- Develop and implement online promotions and offers to enhance sales figures.
- Identify strategies to improve product visibility, increase conversion rates, and boost online revenue.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
- Strong aptitude in product listing management, pricing strategy, and keyword optimization.
- Proficient in tracking sales performance, inventory, and customer order processing.
- Excellent communication skills to handle customer interactions effectively.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Work Environment and Additional Information
This is an onsite position based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. The monthly salary range offered for this role is between 12,000 to 25,000 INR. Candidates are expected to work closely with internal teams including warehouse and sales departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
