E-Commerce Executive

About the Role

Ear Solutions Private Limited is hiring an E-Commerce Executive to join their team based in Noida Sector 02. This role is a day shift position, offering an opportunity to work six days a week from 10 AM to 7 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize 2-3 years of experience to drive lead generation and sales across multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and generate new business leads.
• Effectively manage and respond to leads primarily through email, demonstrating strong communication skills.
• Perform product listing and create detailed catalogs on e-commerce websites.
• Create engaging posts and trending content on social media platforms to promote products and brands.
• Employ sales strategies without phone calls and leverage email marketing techniques to boost sales.
• Maintain accurate data in Microsoft Excel and ideally have familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants must be between 20 and 35 years of age.
• Prior experience in inventory order processing, order dispatch, or return handling disqualifies candidates from this position.

Additional Information

• Salary will be determined based on the interview performance.
• Work is physically located in Noida Sector 02, Delhi NCR.
• Working hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM, six days per week.
