About the Role
Robinbosky, a rapidly expanding brand specializing in women's and children's apparel, is seeking two E-commerce Executives based in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu. Our brand sells products across major marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Firstcry, Meesho, as well as via our own website. Our operations include an in-house manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily marketplace activities, including managing product listings, inventory, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and order processing.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, returns, and account health, generating daily and weekly performance reports.
- Lead and coordinate a small back-office team, ensuring assigned tasks are completed efficiently.
- Utilize AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude for creating reports, content for listings, and problem-solving tasks.
- Manage the product catalog and order operations on the company’s Shopify website.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient written English skills with strong reading and writing capabilities are essential.
- Preferably 1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce; however, exceptional fresh graduates with excellent English may also be considered.
- Comfortable working with Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
- Demonstrates strong ownership and problem-solving skills, capable of independent work with minimal supervision.
Growth & Work Conditions
- Performance reviews conducted at six months; high achievers can advance to Team Lead within 3 to 6 months, accompanied by a salary increase.
- Standard day shift with Sundays off.
- Candidates selected for shortlisting will be required to complete a brief trial assignment prior to final interviews.
