About the Role
We are seeking fresh graduates to join as E-commerce Account Managers, focused on supporting seller accounts to optimize their performance and sales on various online platforms. This role involves managing account health metrics, product listings, inventory, orders, and devising strategies to enhance visibility and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee seller account health by tracking key performance indicators like order defect rate, cancellation rate, and timely dispatch.
- Assist sellers in creating, updating, and optimizing their product listings with compelling content including titles, descriptions, images, and SEO-friendly categorization.
- Manage seller orders and inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and timely dispatch of goods.
- Recommend strategies aimed at increasing sales, improving product visibility, and enhancing the overall customer shopping experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Recent graduates from any field, preferably Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or Technical disciplines.
- Possess 0 to 1 year of experience related to e-commerce, account management, customer service, cataloging, or sales.
- Proficient with basic tools such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Seller Central platform.
Compensation and Perks
- Annual salary between ₹210,000 and ₹315,000.
- Complimentary snacks and beverages provided during work hours.
