Position Overview

We are seeking a Duty Engineer to play a vital role in supporting the Maintenance team by performing minor general maintenance tasks throughout the hotel and building, ensuring all work meets the high standards set to satisfy our esteemed guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled inspections to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform minor repairs across the hotel's building infrastructure.
• Address maintenance requests promptly from various hotel departments.
• Investigate equipment malfunctions and faults efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in general maintenance tasks.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities coupled with reasoning and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and provide training as needed.
• Excellent communication skills to build productive relationships across hotel teams and engage with guests professionally.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts and weekends.
