Overview

Comply is a rapidly expanding software-as-a-service leader specializing in Compliance and Regulatory technology. Our solutions empower over 7,000 financial services organizations worldwide, including leading hedge funds, private equity firms, asset managers, and brokers, to effectively manage regulatory challenges and explore new opportunities.

Position Summary

The DDQ Analyst acts as the primary contact for managing due diligence questionnaires received from clients and prospects. This role focuses on executing timely and accurate responses by leveraging approved content and collaborating closely with the RFP Coordinator. Occasional assistance with RFPs and RFIs is also part of the position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of initial response preparation for incoming client and prospect DDQs using Comply’s content library and SME inputs.
  • Collaborate with the RFP Coordinator to review and finalize DDQ submissions.
  • Evaluate and prioritize DDQ requests, identifying complex or unusual queries for escalation.
  • Regularly update DDQ response content to maintain accuracy and relevance.
  • Monitor active DDQ requests, track deadlines, and ensure timely submissions.
  • Coordinate with internal Subject Matter Experts in areas such as Security, Legal, and Product to gather precise answers for complex questions.
  • Provide occasional support in responding to RFPs and RFIs when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in DDQ response, proposal support, or similar roles.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to produce professional and clear documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail combined with effective organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
  • Skill in assessing and prioritizing competing demands based on urgency, complexity, and business impact.
  • Willingness and availability to work US business hours from the Kochi office.
  • Experience with tools such as Responsive, Jira, or artificial intelligence solutions is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of financial services, compliance, or regulatory technology domains is a plus.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse internal teams under deadline pressure.
  • Self-motivated and capable of independently managing responsibilities with minimal supervision, while proactively seeking assistance when necessary.
