Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Real Estate Agents to join our team in Dubai. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in the Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients including buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants with property transactions
• Engage actively with qualified leads and follow up diligently
• Present properties suited to client requirements
• Arrange property viewings and meetings with clients
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Keep updated with the latest developments and trends in the Dubai real estate market
• Maintain and update records in the CRM system
• Coordinate closely with the marketing team on promotional initiatives
• Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales targets
• Represent Goldenkey Real Estate professionally at all times

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of experience in the Dubai real estate sector
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Target-oriented and motivated personality
• Effective client management skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and real estate portals is preferred
• Proficiency in English is preferred; additional languages such as Hindi, Chinese, or Arabic are advantageous
• A valid UAE driving license is considered a plus
