DTP Operator

About the Role

The DTP Operator will be entrusted with crafting and formatting superior educational and marketing assets suited for print and digital mediums. This role demands collaboration with content creators, academic experts, and operations personnel to ensure material precision, uniformity, and punctual delivery.

Primary Duties

• Design and arrange layouts for educational documents, manuals, worksheets, presentations, brochures, and promotional collateral.
• Guarantee appropriate element alignment, typography style, image positioning, and cohesive visual appeal throughout all materials.
• Edit and enhance images as necessary and prepare final files for both print and electronic publication.
• Apply updates and corrections according to input from internal stakeholders.
• Adhere to branding protocols and maintain quality benchmarks consistently across all creative outputs.
• Liaise with internal teams or external printing services when required to ensure smooth production flow.
• Efficiently juggle multiple assignments to meet stringent deadlines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Fluent use of desktop publishing suites including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or comparable applications.
• Exceptional precision and keen eye for detail and content accuracy.

Preferred Experience

• Previous work within educational or EdTech sectors is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of print and digital production standards.
• Proficiency in Flash or 2D Animation and character animation, coupled with experience in AI animation tools or AI technology is required.
