About the Role

Mechmatrix is actively recruiting for the position of Machine Service Engineer specializing in DRO Milling Machines based at Nashik, Maharashtra. The ideal candidates will have qualifications such as ITI Fitter, ITI Machinist, or have completed 12th grade and will be between 25 to 35 years old. Ownership of a two-wheeler is mandatory for the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for customers on the operation and usage of new DRO Milling Machines.
• Detail the features, functionalities, and operational guidelines of machines to clients.
• Execute installation, configuration, and commissioning of milling machines at customer premises.
• Perform routine maintenance services and proactively follow-up on service requirements.
• Deliver paid maintenance and servicing support once the warranty period lapses.
• Conduct on-site visits to provide technical inspections and offer assistance with service-related issues.
• Assess customer needs, facilitate machine order creation, evaluate installation spaces, and collect orders directly from customers.
