Join XPO Logistics as a full-time Drivers Mate based in Gloucester. This permanent position offers 40 hours of work weekly from Monday to Friday, with weekends off. The role is ideal for those currently working as a driver’s mate or delivery technician seeking career advancement, structured training, and a secure work schedule with guaranteed hours.

Key Daily Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately load and unload delivery vehicles.
• Deliver goods as part of a two-person team.
• Start your workday between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A valid Category B driving licence is necessary.
• Previous experience in installation is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to adapt to varying finish times.
• Capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of office equipment use is an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits
