Drivers Mate

About the Role

Join our team as a full-time Drivers Mate at our Rochester site within the Specialist Services contract. This position offers guaranteed hours of at least 40 per week, Monday through Friday, with weekends off. Key Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately load and unload vehicles.
• Deliver and assemble specialist equipment for end users.
• Conduct on-site equipment testing and provide brief demonstrations to customers.
• Receive comprehensive training on manual handling, product moving, and installation techniques.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in installation is preferred but not essential.
• Physical fitness is necessary due to the manual handling involved.
• Strong teamwork skills required to work closely with the assigned driver throughout the day.
