Role Responsibilities

This full-time on-site Driver position based in Dubai involves safe operation of company vehicles, including trucks as applicable, to transport staff, clients, and materials to properties, offices, and other locations. Daily duties include planning efficient routes, complying with traffic and safety regulations, keeping vehicles clean, and reporting maintenance needs. The driver supports the real estate team by ensuring timely arrival at property viewings, delivering documents and promotional items, and assisting with on-site logistics when necessary. Professional and courteous interaction with clients and coworkers is expected, along with maintaining accurate trip logs and following company and local regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of strong truck driving capabilities and experience safely operating trucks.
• Holding a valid UAE CDL Class A or equivalent heavy vehicle driving license with a clean driving record.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with colleagues, clients, and dispatch personnel.
• Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and client-focused customer service attitude.
• Good knowledge of Dubai’s road networks, traffic rules, and safe driving techniques.
• Strong time management and scheduling abilities to handle changing work priorities.
• Physical capability to carry out light loading and unloading tasks as required.
• Previous professional driving experience in corporate or logistics sectors is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are a plus.
