Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position based in Dubai involves functioning as a Driver / PRO responsible for the safe driving of company vehicles. The role entails transporting documents, materials, and clients to various government offices, corporate sites, and designated locations. The Driver / PRO will also handle official paperwork, assist with government and regulatory procedures, and ensure timely completion of renewals, approvals, and clearances.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan daily routes to efficiently transport documents, materials, and clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and conduct basic upkeep of company vehicles.
- Coordinate schedules and activities with the operations team to ensure smooth workflows.
- Provide courteous, professional assistance to clients during visits to external offices.
- Maintain clear communication with internal departments and external authorities to facilitate efficient business setup and related services.
Candidate Qualifications
- Proficient truck driving skills, including experience operating trucks safely.
- Hold valid driving licenses and certifications such as CDL Class A or the equivalent UAE heavy vehicle licenses as applicable.
- Effective communication capabilities to interact with clients, coworkers, and government representatives.
- Strong customer service aptitude, offering professional, polite, and solution-focused support during client interactions.
- Sound understanding of Dubai roads, traffic regulations, and a clean driving record adhering to safety standards.
- Basic administrative and documentation skills for processing forms, applications, and managing government procedures accurately and punctually.
- Relevant experience in PRO roles, government relations, or UAE business setup services is highly advantageous.
- Ability to communicate in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
