Role Overview

As a Home Delivery Driver with Morrisons, you play a crucial role in bringing fresh groceries directly to customers' residences. This dynamic and physically engaging position involves spending time on the road, ensuring timely delivery of orders while providing excellent customer service.

Key Duties

• Prioritize customers by delivering orders punctually and in perfect condition while offering courteous, helpful interactions at the doorstep.
• Ensure safe and effective driving practices, including secure loading of your delivery vehicle, conducting routine vehicle checks, and navigating assigned routes within your shift.
• Demonstrate initiative by managing routine customer inquiries on delivery routes and maintaining communication with the store team.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures, particularly when handling, lifting, and delivering goods.

Candidates Profile

• Possession of a full driving licence held for over one year with no more than six penalty points
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old
• Enjoy active, hands-on work in a fast-moving environment and comfortable lifting totes up to 18 kilograms safely
