Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with on-time delivery of furniture, ensuring items are placed according to customer specifications.
• Confirm correct products are unloaded at each delivery location.
• Establish and maintain excellent customer relations.
• Support warehouse operations by picking products, loading trucks, and performing general cleanup duties.
• Report any issues promptly to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A strong team player who thrives in collaborative settings.
• Competency in basic math calculations.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Physical ability to lift and regularly move items weighing up to 100 pounds.
• High school diploma is preferred.

Material Handling Equipment

This position may require operation of Material Handling Equipment (MHE). W.B. Mason mandates training and certification for any such equipment prior to use. Utilizing any equipment without proper training and certification may lead to disciplinary measures, including termination.
