Role Overview

The Driver cum HVAC Helper position involves full-time on-site duties in the UAE. Responsibilities focus on safely driving company vehicles to transport personnel, HVAC tools, equipment, and materials between project locations. Additionally, the role supports HVAC technicians by assisting with installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems including loading/unloading supplies and site setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles adhering to assigned routes and traffic laws.
• Transport staff and HVAC-related materials securely to project sites.
• Assist HVAC technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Load, unload, and handle HVAC equipment and tools efficiently.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure its proper functioning.
• Comply with all safety regulations and company protocols on-site.
• Conduct professional communication with clients and co-workers.
• Support emergency or after-hours service calls as needed.

Candidate Qualifications

• Valid manual Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving licence is mandatory.
• Interest and basic skills in assisting HVAC operations including tool handling.
• Capability to adhere to safety standards, lift heavy objects, and work both indoors and outdoors.
• Prior experience in HVAC, MEP, or facilities maintenance is preferred.
• Certification or vocational ITI course in air conditioning and refrigeration is desirable.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and skills development.
