Job Overview

As a Driver at Golden Tulip Doha, your main task is to deliver safe and reliable transportation services to hotel guests and staff. You will operate assigned vehicles while complying with all traffic laws and safety standards. Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and providing outstanding customer service throughout each journey is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the assigned vehicle carefully and in accordance with road rules and regulations.
• Offer polite and professional transport assistance to guests and coworkers.
• Keep the vehicle clean and in proper condition through routine checks and timely reporting of any defects.
• Help with loading and unloading luggage or other cargo as required.
• Plan travel routes effectively to ensure prompt arrivals at destinations.
• Deliver excellent customer service, responding to passengers' requests and concerns.
• Maintain a tidy and professional appearance while on duty.
• Identify and report any problems or incidents during transport trips.
• Stick to designated pickup and drop-off schedules consistently.
• Work together with team members to organize transportation activities when needed.
• Follow company policies on environmental, health, and safety practices throughout all operations.
