Role Overview

This full-time Driver position located in Doha involves operating company trucks and vehicles responsibly to transport goods and materials safely between specified locations. The driver must comply with all traffic regulations and company policies while ensuring the upkeep and operational readiness of vehicles. Responsibilities include conducting thorough vehicle inspections before and after trips, guaranteeing secure cargo loading, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, completing all necessary delivery logs or paperwork, and maintaining clear communication with dispatchers, supervisors, and clients to coordinate delivery schedules and provide courteous service during pick-ups and drop-offs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven skills and experience driving commercial trucks professionally.
• Possession of a valid CDL Class A or an equivalent heavy vehicle driving license as per Qatar's standards.
• Strong communication and customer service aptitude for interaction with clients and team members.
• Relevant background in logistics, transportation, or delivery services is an advantage.
• Good understanding of local traffic laws and familiarity with routes within Doha.
• Ability to interpret delivery instructions accurately and adhere to safety protocols.
• Physical capability to manage cargo loading/unloading and endure extended driving hours.
• A clean driving record is mandatory.
