Role Responsibilities

• Perform skilled drain cleaning and unblock residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Communicate diagnostic findings clearly, offer solution choices, and obtain customer approval prior to service
• Operate various equipment including drain cleaning machines, high-pressure jetters, and pipe inspection cameras
• Maintain and organize service vehicle stock and equipment, and ensure accurate documentation of all performed services

Candidate Qualifications

• Possess 2 to 3 years’ experience in residential and commercial drain cleaning
• Proficient in using equipment ranging from small tools to large-scale drain cleaning machinery
• Experienced in removing and reinstalling toilets and p-traps
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must successfully clear background check and drug screening
