Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Draughtsman with expertise in Civil and/or MEP drafting to join our team. The successful candidate should possess at least two years of practical experience in preparing precise technical drawings tailored to project requirements.

Core Responsibilities

• Create detailed Civil, Architectural, and/or MEP drawings utilizing AutoCAD software.
• Produce shop drawings, layout plans, sections, elevations, and detailed views as necessary.
• Collaborate with engineers, project teams, and various disciplines to review and coordinate drawing outputs.
• Incorporate revisions prompted by engineering feedback and client requests.
• Confirm that all drawings adhere to established project specifications, standards, and approved designs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage drawing revisions effectively.
• Synchronize drawings to detect and resolve clashes or technical conflicts promptly.

Candidate Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant experience in Civil and/or MEP drafting roles.
• Strong command of AutoCAD, essential for daily drafting tasks.
• Capability to interpret and comprehend technical drawings and project specification documents.
• Familiarity with Civil, Architectural, and/or MEP drawing practices.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver within set project timelines.
• Effective communication and coordination skills for interacting within project teams.
• Additional experience in construction, steel fabrication, gates, architectural metalwork, or related fields will be considered advantageous.
