We specialize in bespoke, design-driven interiors, guiding clients collaboratively from concept to final execution, merging creativity, practicality, and elegance to craft unique and lasting environments.
Role Overview
This position primarily involves producing detailed shop drawings, aiding design development stages, and managing MEP coordination with interior designers and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed shop drawings for interior fit-outs and technical products.
- Develop tailored shop drawings for custom-built interior elements including joinery, millwork, and fixed furnishings.
- Support the design process from initial concepts through to finalized construction documentation.
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) requirements alongside design and consulting teams.
- Manage technical documentation and updates to drawings accurately.
- Interpret product specifications, catalogs, and supplier pricing information.
- Generate technical quotations and bills of quantities (BOQs).
- Collaborate with suppliers and design teams regarding pricing and technical details.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- At least 5 years of experience in preparing shop drawings, preferably within the interior fit-out sector.
- Experience with fit-out projects and joinery work is essential.
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD are mandatory.
- Familiarity with Revit and/or SketchUp is considered a plus.
- Good understanding of integrating MEP systems within interior and architectural projects.
- Strong abilities in coordination, communication, and organizational tasks.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Applicants must currently reside in the United Arab Emirates.
