Role Overview

The Drafter position located in Riyadh requires meticulous drafting of 2D and 3D technical drawings and layout plans for façade access and lifting systems. Candidates will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to convert complex project requirements into practical and compliant shop drawings and to assist in tender documentation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create, update, and accurately maintain 2D/3D technical and shop drawings for façade access and lifting equipment installations.
• Review structural, architectural, and mechanical drawings to develop precise designs and dimensioning.
• Coordinate regularly with engineers, project managers, and on-site teams to confirm design feasibility and adherence to safety standards.
• Manage documentation rigorously, including tracking revisions and project records for multiple ongoing projects.
• Provide technical visuals and detailed layouts to support bids and client proposals.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related technical fields.
• Fluency in English for both written and oral technical communication.
• Proficiency with CAD software and 2D/3D design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalents.
• Demonstrated experience as a Drafter on construction, industrial, or building services projects; Middle East experience is highly favorable.
• Strong skills in interpreting complex architectural and structural blueprints; knowledge of façade access systems and lifting equipment is an advantage.
• Meticulous attention to detail, organizational capabilities for document control, and effective communication for collaboration.
