Role Overview

We are seeking a Sanitation Operator to ensure a spotless and welcoming environment for our customers, both inside and outside the store premises. This role involves cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining various areas including the store interior, parking lot, restrooms, and seating spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Sweep all necessary areas inside and outside the store.
• Mop required indoor floors diligently.
• Spray and clean the parking lot and wash storefront windows.
• Sanitize and restock restrooms to high cleanliness standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of customer areas, sanitizing tables and chairs thoroughly.
• Organize and keep stockroom supplies orderly and accessible.

Qualifications & Requirements

• No prior work experience is required for this position.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong commitment to fostering an inclusive, unbiased culture that empowers individuality.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, frequently up to 20 pounds, and constantly up to 10 pounds.
• Work involves exposure to varying environmental conditions both indoors and outdoors, including fluctuating temperatures and noise.
• Potential exposure to allergens such as nuts.
