Role overview

This position supports the daily flow of fresh doughnuts from the shop to delivery customers. The main focus is to prepare, organize, and stage product so truck loading runs smoothly and drivers can return to their routes quickly. The work also includes helping maintain the shop’s freshness and quality standards that have been part of the brand since 1937.

What you will do

• Box and arrange doughnuts in racks so they are ready for delivery.
• Inspect product prepared for delivery and raise any freshness or quality concerns with the appropriate team members.
• Keep workstations and tools clean by using sanitation supplies and following food safety standards.
• Sort doughnuts by driver route and keep delivery information organized to support accurate and efficient routing.
• Maintain a neat loading area, watch for safety or quality issues, and report concerns to leadership.
• Learn additional shop tasks, which may include helping customers, cleaning the shop, and decorating doughnuts.

What is expected

• No prior experience is needed.
• You should be available to work any shift, with flexibility across schedules.
• Professional presentation and compliance with uniform standards are required.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
• You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
