Role Overview

As a Doorman, you will deliver courteous and professional service as the first point of contact for guests. Your duties include warmly greeting guests, opening vehicle doors, booking taxis, offering directions and information about nearby sights and public transport, aiding with luggage, and ensuring guests have an unforgettable stay.

Candidate Profile

• Prior hospitality experience, particularly in concierge roles, is preferred.
• A guest-focused, proactive, alert, and personable demeanor.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are beneficial.
• Ability to handle guest requests efficiently, calmly, and courteously.
• Team-oriented with a positive approach and strong work discipline.
