About Wynn Al Marjan Island
Wynn Al Marjan Island is being developed in the United Arab Emirates and is planned to open in 2027. Set on a scenic island that extends into the Arabian Gulf, this luxury beachfront destination is designed for guests seeking leisure and entertainment. The integrated resort will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 dining and lounge venues, a theatre, a nightclub, and a five-star spa. It is located under 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport and is currently under construction.
About the Role
The resort is hiring a Door Attendant to join the Front Services team, which covers bell and door operations. This role focuses on creating a polished first and last impression for guests while supporting smooth arrivals and departures.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests on arrival and departure with a courteous and attentive approach.
- Hold and open doors, and help guests enter and exit vehicles safely.
- Work closely with bell attendants and valet staff to keep guest arrivals running smoothly.
- Share directions, property details, and local area information with guests.
- Assist with handling luggage when support is required.
- Keep the entrance area tidy, orderly, and safe at all times.
- Provide discreet and personalised assistance to VIP guests.
- Present a professional image and follow the resort’s service standards.
- Answer guest questions and connect them with the right department or staff member.
- Help manage guest movement during busy arrival and departure periods.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will have prior experience in hospitality or another guest-facing environment. Strong verbal communication and people skills are important, along with a friendly manner and a well-groomed appearance. The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, work outdoors in changing weather, and perform physically active duties such as walking and occasional lifting. English fluency is required, and other languages would be an advantage. Familiarity with luxury service expectations and guest etiquette is preferred. The schedule may include weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
Benefits
The role offers a competitive salary paid in UAE Dirhams (AED), along with an attractive leave policy, healthcare coverage, life insurance, incentive programs, and additional employee benefits.
Work Conditions
This is an outdoor, guest-facing position with exposure to weather conditions. The job involves standing, walking, and occasional lifting, and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings is expected.
