About the Company

Wynn Al Marjan Island is an upscale beachfront resort destination planned for the United Arab Emirates, with an expected opening in 2027. Set on a scenic island in Ras al-Khaimah and located under 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, the property is being developed as a large integrated resort. The project is designed to offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 dining and lounge venues, a theatre, a nightclub, and a five-star spa.

About the Role

The resort is looking for an Agent to join its Call Center Operations team and support guest communications and service coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls quickly and in a polished, brand-aligned manner.
• Support guests with room bookings, service requests, and general questions.
• Work with internal teams to resolve guest needs smoothly and on time.
• Share clear and accurate details about hotel facilities, amenities, and nearby attractions.
• Address guest concerns with care and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Keep accurate logs of calls, requests, and follow-up actions.
• Handle wake-up requests, room service orders, and other special arrangements.
• Protect the privacy and confidentiality of guest information.
• Help maintain Forbes Five Star service standards.
• Assist the front desk during busy periods and special occasions.
• Remain current on property policies, promotions, and operating procedures.

Candidate Profile

The right candidate should be comfortable working in a high-volume hospitality setting, communicating clearly by phone, and delivering a strong guest experience.

Working Conditions

• This is a shift-based position that includes weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
• The job is mainly desk-based and involves long periods of phone use.
