Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness of resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas
• Uphold stringent hygiene protocols and infection control standards
• Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and best practice guidelines
• Restock cleaning supplies and promptly report upkeep or maintenance concerns
• Operate cleaning equipment correctly and safely
• Foster a friendly and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and team members
• Comply with health and safety regulations as well as care home policies

Candidate Profile

• Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not mandatory
• Basic hygiene knowledge or willingness to acquire it
• Dependable, well-organised, and takes pride in quality work
• Respectful and considerate of the home-like nature of the workplace
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team member
