Overview
Join Access as a Document Scanning Specialist where precision and dedication make a difference. In this role, you will be responsible for converting critical paper records into secure digital formats for clients such as hospitals and law firms. Your meticulous attention will ensure every scanned image meets high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare documents for scanning, including sorting and removing staples
- Accurately scan and index extensive records efficiently
- Conduct thorough quality checks on scanned files to guarantee accuracy and completeness
- Maintain an organized and professional workspace to meet production goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Excellent attention to detail coupled with basic computer proficiency
- Physical ability to handle lifting of 40 to 50 pounds
- Willingness to perform focused, repetitive tasks consistently
- Ability to clear a 10-year background verification and a drug screening
