Role Overview
As a Document Automation Analyst at Gadens, you will advance your career by providing expert document automation services in a dynamic professional services setting. This role is open to candidates based in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane. You will apply your skills to develop customized document packages aligned with client-specific requirements, predominantly within the legal sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver document automation solutions tailored to the needs of a large law firm, incorporating knowledge across various legal domains, with a preference for retail leasing expertise.
- Utilize advanced proficiency in HotDocs to automate document creation efficiently.
- Create multi-document packages derived from client interview inputs and bespoke specifications.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into effective outputs within the document automation framework.
- Collaborate with vendors to implement and integrate automation solutions smoothly.
- Contribute positively within the IT team, demonstrating solution-oriented thinking and a cooperative mindset.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and exceed client expectations through attentive responsiveness and successful issue resolution.
Candidate Profile
- Experience with the document automation demands of substantial legal practices and varied legal areas.
- Proficient in HotDocs for document automation, including advanced document pack assembly.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, especially regarding tables and field mappings.
- Elementary understanding of Office macro generation.
- Strong ability to comprehend and map client and stakeholder requirements to technical outputs.
- Capacity to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
- A proactive, positive attitude coupled with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
