Key Responsibilities
- Expand the number of outlets covered and increase frequency of effective visits.
- Generate regular orders and drive secondary sales consistently.
- Develop new retail outlets and convert points of contact successfully.
- Enhance market servicing standards and improve route coverage efficiency.
- Monitor market activities diligently to boost outlet productivity.
- Manage and handle approximately 120 outlets per Distributor Salesman.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Salary range between ₹22,000 and ₹25,000 gross monthly.
- Educational qualification: Intermediate or Graduation.
- Experience level: 0 to 2 years relevant experience.
Minimum education
Higher Secondary (Class 12)
