About the Role
Ryanair, Europe's largest airline group, is seeking a Distribution Partnerships Executive to enhance their expanding team. With ambitious plans to expand their fleet to over 800 aircraft and serve 300 million guests annually within the next decade, this role offers the chance to be a part of one of Europe's leading digital platforms set in a dynamic and high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Distribution Team in overseeing a diverse range of distribution partners covering corporate and leisure travel sectors.
- Handle partnership relationships including contract negotiations, onboarding, responding to daily inquiries, and managing post-booking procedures.
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics and report findings weekly to senior management.
- Oversee the invoicing process to ensure timely payments between Ryanair and its partners.
- Participate in biweekly meetings with partners and technology teams to keep projects aligned with timelines and goals.
- Serve as the principal contact for partners, addressing questions, escalating issues, and delegating tasks as required.
- Conduct industry and market research to identify prospective clients and optimize services for existing corporate travel clients.
- Develop client presentations and sales materials using tools like PowerPoint.
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches to attract potential new clients.
- Negotiate terms of business with current and prospective clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and face-to-face discussions.
- Evaluate sales performance data and calculate key metrics such as ROI, pipeline value, and monthly qualified leads.
- Collaborate across marketing departments to ensure collective targets are exceeded.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of one year’s experience in Sales, Business Development, or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Sales, Marketing, or an equivalent discipline.
- Strong multi-tasking capability with effective prioritization skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, comfortable addressing diverse audiences.
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
- Capability to perform efficiently under pressure.
- Motivated to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
- Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or travel distribution platforms is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
