About the Role
Deutsche Bahn is looking for a motivated Disponent:in to support DB Regio Bus companies in the Norther region at their Walsrode location. This role is integral to managing personnel and vehicle deployment across several bus operators including Autokraft GmbH, DB Regio Bus Nord GmbH, Haller Busbetrieb GmbH, Regionalbus Braunschweig GmbH, and Weser-Ems Busverkehr GmbH.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the economic scheduling of human resources and vehicles ensuring quality-compliant deployment of staff and bus fleet.
- Maintain supervisory control to ensure operations comply with regulations and standards.
- Document operational processes using PPBus software and handle vehicle planning including workshop scheduling.
- Monitor and update operation status in PPBus and maintain detailed operational logs.
- Coordinate personnel and bus assignments for BNV orders.
- Arrange demand-responsive transport (AST) services and contract external providers on short notice.
- Contribute to tenders and projects aimed at improving company productivity and profitability.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training; qualifications such as Kraftverkehrsmeister:in or FiF or extensive dispatch experience are desirable.
- Assertiveness and confident communication style.
- Ability to work independently with a structured approach and high self-motivation.
- Strong communication, teamwork skills, and resilience under stress.
- Willingness to participate in shift work.
- Familiarity with PPBus and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
