Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispatch procedures for aligner cases, related products, and other company items.
• Verify accuracy of orders, invoices, packing details, quantities, and delivery addresses prior to shipment.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, sales, and customer support teams to ensure timely dispatches.
• Maintain detailed records including dispatch logs, courier information, tracking numbers, and delivery statuses.
• Coordinate activities with logistics and courier partners for collection and delivery of consignments.
• Ensure shipments are properly packaged, labeled, and documented in accordance with standards.
• Monitor dispatched shipments and take follow-up actions on delays, returns, or delivery failures.
• Keep accurate inventory data and documentation for all dispatch-related activities.
• Manage records for inward and outward material movements.
• Complete dispatch tasks within prescribed turnaround times.
• Report issues such as discrepancies or damaged goods to relevant teams promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dispatch area.
• Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures and quality guidelines during packing and dispatch.

Requirements and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehousing, or order processing; freshers with strong communication and organizational skills are also eligible.
• Good communication and coordination capabilities.
• Fundamental proficiency with MS Excel and general computer usage.
• Strong attention to detail alongside effective organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple dispatch priorities efficiently.
• Familiarity with courier and logistics operations is beneficial.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with various functional teams.
• Responsible and meticulous approach to documentation and handling shipments.

Qualifications and Eligibility

Educational qualification requires completion of 12th grade or graduation in any discipline. Holding a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, operations, or related fields is advantageous.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in dental, medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing sectors is favored. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Vadodara who can commence employment immediately.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges between INR 15,000 and INR 20,000.
