Dispatch Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Packing Executive / Packing Operator to join our packing department in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This full-time position is open to freshers and candidates with up to 3 months of experience. The role focuses on ensuring products are packed accurately and timely as per company standards and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all company products are packed correctly, accurately, and on time.
• Follow packing instructions to use the specified packing materials.
• Verify product quantity, batch numbers, labels, MRPs, manufacturing and expiry dates carefully.
• Maintain product quality, appearance, and packaging standards during packing operations.
• Ensure proper labeling, sealing, coding, and identification on packed products.
• Handle packing materials such as boxes, pouches, labels, tapes, and cartons appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the packing area.
• Support record-keeping for packing materials and finished goods stock.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, Store, and Dispatch teams.
• Adhere strictly to company SOPs and work instructions.
• Perform other packing-related and departmental duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of product packing and packaging processes.
• Accuracy in counting quantities and performing basic checks.
• Ability to read and verify labels, batch details, and product information.
• Good hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail.
• Effective time management and ability to work diligently.
