Role Summary

This position involves cleaning dishes, kitchen tools, preparation equipment, and utensils using either a dishwasher or manual methods. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen workspaces and equipment is essential.

Primary Responsibilities

• Inspect kitchens and storage areas to confirm cleanliness and orderliness, ensuring adequate supplies for smooth operation
• Review incoming deliveries to verify quality and adherence to specifications

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food and beverage products, menus, and promotional items
• Understanding departmental policies and procedures
• Familiarity with customer service principles and best practices
• Proficiency in standard business English including grammar, spelling, and punctuation

Physical and Mental Requirements

The role requires standing and walking throughout the shift. Tasks demand stamina to remain on feet, the ability to stoop, squat, use hands dexterously for extended periods, and the strength to lift up to 25 pounds.
