Job Summary

We seek a motivated Dishwasher to join our team and ensure a remarkable dining experience by cleaning cooking utensils and service ware, maintaining cleanliness of workstations and equipment, and supporting overall kitchen operations in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Clean pots, pans, trays, and polish silverware.
• Separate trash and dispose of it in proper containers.
• Sweep and mop floors, clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other surface areas.
• Transport supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, restock tools and inventory for upcoming shifts.
• Collect trays from room service and bar areas.
• Maintain temperature logs and keep walk-in cooler and freezer well-organized.
• Clear and bus tables as needed.
• Assist line cooks with food preparation, storage, and labeling.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with food service regulations is preferred.
• Competence with hand tools or machinery relevant to the position.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, or pulling heavy objects.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
• Effective prioritization and multitasking abilities.
