Primary Duties

• Execute opening and closing procedures following established checklists.
• Clear plates by scraping food remnants, then wash items manually or prepare them for dishwashing machines.
• Clean, sanitize, and organize all dishware, glassware, silverware, and cookware.
• Keep kitchen and adjacent areas tidy, including cleaning coolers, counters, and shelving.
• Sweep and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Gather trash and dispose of it properly.
• Inspect kitchen fixtures and equipment such as lighting, appliances, and heating/cooling systems, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
• Provide assistance with basic food handling and prep tasks when required.

Candidate Qualifications

• Up to one month of relevant experience or formal training.
• Strong organizational abilities with effective time management and prioritization skills.
