Overview

We are currently hiring a dependable and diligent Dishwasher for a direct hire position based in Santa Monica, CA. The job includes steady evening shifts and the chance to engage with a supportive team focused on safety and collaboration among dishwashing, kitchen, and management personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, cookware, and kitchen tools.
• Operate and properly maintain commercial dishwashing machines and related cleaning equipment adhering to sanitation protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dishwashing zones, including sinks, floors, work surfaces, and storage spaces to ensure safe working conditions.
• Dispose of trash and recycling in compliance with food safety and workplace regulations.
• Provide auxiliary kitchen support by assisting staff with cleaning tasks and basic food preparation when required.
• Promptly notify management of any broken equipment, damaged dishware, or safety hazards.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range from $39,500 to $42,000.
• Employment type: direct hire, full-time position.
• Work schedule: 40 hours weekly, primarily on the evening shift starting at 2:00 PM.
• Availability required on weekends and holidays.
• Employment contingent on successful background verification.
