Role Overview
We are currently looking for dedicated Dishwashers to join our Sioux City, IA location. The ideal candidate ensures the kitchen stays clean and operates efficiently by managing dishwashing responsibilities and maintaining proper sanitation standards.
Responsibilities
- Hand wash pots, pans, and cooking utensils following company-approved methods.
- Keep kitchen utensils and service ware sanitized to maintain the restaurant's pace and guest service quality.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, equipment, and chemicals throughout the shift.
- Monitor and change dishwashing machine chemicals, water, and three-compartment sink solutions as needed.
- Regularly inspect dish machines to ensure proper functioning and appropriate chemical levels during the workday.
